'Slaves.'
a) Genesis 12:16. Were given to Abram.
b) Genesis 17:23. Could be born in the owner's home or bought in the market.
c) Genesis 17:27. Could be purchased from a foreigner.
d) Genesis 24:35. Rich people maybe have many.
e) Leviticus 25:44. Can be bought from other nations.
f) 1 Kings 9:22. Solomon did not make slaves of the Children of Israel.
g) Jeremiah 34:10. Slavery can be ended.
h) Luke 19:13. Some may be trusted to do business for their owner.
i) John 8:33. Are sometimes despised.
j) Romans 6:17. Slaves of sin can be set free.
k) Ephesians 6:5-6; 1 Timothy 6:1; Titus 2:9. Believer slaves should be obedient.
l) Ephesians 6:9; Colossians 4:1. Masters should treat their slaves well.
m) 2 Peter 2:19. Some people are slaves of corruption.

PRAYER: For those Believers who reach out to slaves with the Gospel, and the Salvation of slaves and servants world-wide.

'Jesus And The Holy Spirit.'
Matthew 3:16-17.
a) Jesus was Baptized in water.
b) Jesus went up from the water.
c) Jesus saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove.
d) The Holy Spirit came to rest on Him.
e) Then the Father spoke, affirming His Son.
(Through this Second one I affirm my belief in the Trinity of God: Jesus And The Holy Spirit)
PRAYER: To be filled with the Holy Spirit.

Slaves of sin can be set free. Maybe, amongst our family, friends or associates we know people who are clearly slaves of sin. We should simply "give up" on them. We can intercede for them, God will surely give us the strength to do that. God does still hear and answer Prayer.
