'She Experienced God.'
Genesis 16:13.
a) Hagar gave a Name to the Lord Who spoke to her.
b) She called Him "You are a God of Seeing".
c) She said: "Have I really seen God and remained alive after seeing Him?
(This QT reminds me about Hagar's encounter with our Lord: She Experienced God)
PRAYER: That, like Hagar, in our difficult times, we will still be sensitive to God.

'From The Beginning.'
Isaiah 48:16.
a) Come near to the Lord,
b) Listen to this...
c) "From the beginning I have not spoken in secret,
d) "From the time it came into being I have been there:
e) "And now the Lord God has sent Me, and given Me His Spirit."
(This Second One reminds me of the Eternal Son of God ... Jesus Christ our Lord, From The Beginning)
PRAYER: Confessing Jesus Christ as Lord.

There are times when we encounter God in our life situations in many different ways. Hagar encountered Him in her very painful rejection experience. This was an amazing thing, that her heart could still be open to God after such a painful rejection experience. This encounter has surely had repercussions that are still very evident today.
