b) Tries to look beautiful.
c) It is all in vain.
d) The city's lovers and allies despise them.
e) They even seek the city's life.

Mark 6:31.
a) Jesus said to His Disciples - it was His Initiative.
b) They needed to go away by themselves.
c) To a secluded place.
d) They needed to be alone and rest a while.
e) There were so many people coming and going.
f) The Disciples had no time even to eat.
(This Second one affirms my view that We All Need Seclusion Sometimes)

The friends of the city became its enemies. This is a devastating true story. It can happen to any city anywhere. When the city's friends become its enemies many difficulties may occur inside the city. It can affect trade. It can affect healthy population growth. It can affect the churches in the city and it brings stress so that human relationships become difficult.
