Sometimes the Church takes much too much responsibility upon itself, especially in respect to the lives of people outside the Church. The Church is not responsibility for the behaviour or morality of people who are outside the Church. The responsibility of the Church is to intercede for, and to welcome the stranger. Intercession for Nations, cities and towns is the job of the Church, also intercession for those True Believers who serve the Government in some way.
