Isaiah 60:14.
a) The children of those people who oppressed and afflicted you.
b) Will come and bow before you.
c) All those people who have despised you.
d) Shall come and bow down at your feet.
e) They will call you the City of the Lord.
f) They will call you Zion of the Holy One of Israel.

To be called the "City Of The Lord" is indeed a great privilege. There are very few, or maybe no cities today that can be called the "City Of The Lord". The True Believers of the City need to Pray and to seek the Lord for their City. Before being called the "City Of The Lord" there needs to be obvious changes in the city itself, changes that Glorify God.
