b) They will repair the places long devastated.
c) They will renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations.

Isaiah 61:5.
a) Strangers.
b) Will shepherd your flocks.
c) Foreigners.
d) Will work your fields.
e) Will work your vineyards.
(This Second one teaches me about Kind Employers.

Kind employers are really good people. It means that they consider their employees and also try to help them. If employers are True Believers they desire to maintain a good Testimony for the Lord Jesus in their business. Being kind people will earn respect from their employees.
