1 John 3:24.
a) The person who obeys God's Commands and obeys Christ.
b) This person will:-
1-Live by the help of God.
2-Have God living in them.
3-Live in God.
c) We know that God lives in us by the Holy Spirit Who dwells in us.

James 4:7.
a) We should submit ourselves to God.
b) Stand against and resist the Devil.
c) Then the Devil will flee from us.
(This Second one to me is Simple And Powerful)

If we have confidence that God lives in us then we can have the assurance that we live in God. Inside this close relationship are the manifested fulfilments of the Promises of God. He intends that His Promises are realities in our lives and not just 'nice' things that we talk about. We should have assurance that we live in God.
