‘They Got It Wrong!
Isaiah 41:6-7.
a) They had turned away from God.
b) Now they were helping and encouraging people
to do wrong things.
c) A skilled worker makes a statue of a god.
d) Another worker covers it with gold and the
workers encourage each other in their work.
e) Two more workers come, one with a hammer, the
other a moulder and shaper.
f) Again they encourage each other.
g) Then the workers stabilised the statue so that
it would not fall down.

‘There Is A Time.’
Ecclesiastes 3:1.
a) There is a Time for everything.
b) All things have their season.
c) There is a time for everything that is done on
Earth.
d) In their time all things pass under Heaven.
(Through this Second one I know that There Is A Time)

They got it wrong, the idolaters made the beautiful idol, even
though they had previously had exposure to the Living God. This is not only
something that happened in Biblical History it is a problem that is also
currently affecting the Church today. Prayer is a most important part of the
Spiritual Life of the Church. God is a prayer answering God.
