Hebrews 13:19.

a)  I particularly urge you to pray

b)  So that I may be 

c)  Restored to you soon.

(Through this QT I can see the Wisdom in Knowing The Will of God And Praying For It)

PRAY: For God's Will to be done.

'Be Urged.'

a)  Acts 27:22. To keep up your courage. 

b)  Acts 27:34. To take some food when you need it. 

c)  Romans 12:1. To offer your body as a living sacrifice to God. 

d)  Romans 15:30. To pray,

e)  Romans 16:17. To stay away from Church trouble makers. 

f)  Ephesians 4:1. To live a life worthy of the Calling which we have received.

(This Second one encourages me to Be Urged)

PRAY: To be willing to Be Urged,

Hyper-religious fasting never achieves anything! Unless we are clearly directed by the Lord to fast, or have a regular fasting practice, we should avoid fasting without reason. Fasting is supposed to change us and not to push and persuade God in some way.
