c) It is given that every True Believer may profit with all.

Psalm 50:14-15.
a) We are to offer to God Thanksgiving.
b) We are to fulfil our vows to the Most High.
c) We can call upon God in the day of trouble.
d) He will Deliver us.
e) Then we will Honour and Glorify Him.
(This Second one shows to me A Powerful Deliverance.

When God truly delivers someone, they experience a Powerful Deliverance. This Deliverance is totally on God's initiative. We cannot manufacture a "deliverance ministry" if we do that, Firstly we rob God - because the Ministry is His. Secondly, we become deceived and start "seeing demons" everywhere.
