b) Jeremiah 5:23. Stubbornness and rebellion often go together.
c) Leviticus 26:19. Stubbornness and pride are linked.
d) Deuteronomy 2:30. Sometimes the Lord God intentionally makes people stubborn.
e) Deuteronomy 21:18 & 20. Sometimes children are stubborn.
f) Isaiah 46:12. Stubborn people need to listen to God.

d) The Word of the Lord.

Stubborn people need to listen to God. He is the only One Who can deliver them from their stubbornness. Rebellion and Pride are often linked in with stubbornness so it can be quite a complex sin or problem. By listen to God's Words the stubborn person can have Faith to be free from their stubbornness.
