'Remember The Poor.'
Leviticus 19.9-10.
a) When you reap the harvest of your land,
b) You shall not wholly reap the corners of your field,
c) Nor shall you gather the gleanings of your harvest.
d) And you shall not strip your vineyard bare,
e) Neither shall you gather the fallen grapes of your vineyard.
f) You shall leave them for the poor and for the sojourner.
g) I am the Lord your God.
(Through this QT I am enjoined to Remember The Poor)
PRAY: That you would not forget the poor, whatever kind of poverty that they may suffer.

'Be Kind.'
Ruth 2:16.
a) And also pull out some from the bundles for her
b) And leave it for her to glean,
c) And do not rebuke her.
(This Second one encourages me to Be Kind)

There are so many lovely lessons to be learned from the Book of Ruth. I am not necessarily writing about "Bible Types", rather about the real life of Ruth. The Church today has a duty to protect the vulnerable people. The Church today has a part in feeding hungry people. The Church today also has a duty to preach the Gospel.
