a) Ecclesiastes 5:17. Is associated with affliction and anger.
b) Ecclesiastes 7:3. Is better than laughter.
c) Romans 8:20. The Creation was subjected to frustration.
(This QT reminds me that Frustration is quite normal)
PRAY: For Grace to overcome Frustration.

'We Need To Be Rooted.'
Matthew 13:21.
a) But since they have no root,
b) They last only a short time.
c) When trouble or persecution comes because of the Word,
d) They quickly fall away.
(Through this Second one I know that I Need To Be Rooted)
PRAY: To be rooted in the Lord.

Without exception, every True Believer needs to be rooted in the Lord. This means personal Prayer and Bible Study as well as general Church activities. One of the greatest evidences of genuine personal Faith is humility. Within this humility is a desire for a closer "walk with the Lord". That cannot ever be a negative desire.
