'The Church Life Of The First Church.'
Acts 2:42.
They devoted themselves to:
a) Apostles' Teaching.
b) Fellowship.
c) Breaking of Bread. (Eating together and partaking Holy Communion)
d) Prayers.
(This Second one reminds me about The Church Life Of The First Church)
PRAY: That our Churches today will be challenged by the life of the New Testament Church.

There were about three thousand people who were baptized in one day. That is almost beyond our imagination. I am sure that there must have been a team of ministers who were baptizing the people. There was a clear emphasis on baptism in the New Testament Church and the people being baptized clearly knew what they were doing. Adult Baptism Seminars, or clear teaching about Baptism are important before those being baptized actually go through that step. If possible, a simple fellowship meal (just like the picture above), is something that can immediately follow a Baptism Ceremony.
