John 6:40.
a) For My Father's Will
b) Is that everyone
c) Who looks to the Son
d) And believes in Him
e) Shall have Eternal Life,
f) And I will raise them up at the Last Day.
(This QT encourages me to always Look To The Son)
PRAY: To Believe in the Son of God.

Acts 6:4.
a) But we will give ourselves continually
b) To Prayer
c) And the Ministry of the Word.
(Through this Second one I can see A Ministry Leader's Priority)

Attention is something that needs to be given. It is not just an abstract attitude. We talk about 'paying' attention. So when we give attention to something it is like making an effort to do it. In the New Testament, through the Words of Jesus Christ and the Church Leaders we are exhorted to pay attention in many different ways.
