'Troubled In Spirit.'
John 13:21.
a) When Jesus had said this,
b) He was troubled in His spirit
c) And testified:
d) "Truly I tell you,
e) "One of you will betray Me."
(This QT is very comforting, it shows me that Jesus understands when we are Troubled In Spirit, He also has had that experience)
PRAY: For God's help if you are Troubled In Spirit.

Isaiah 53:11.
a) By the anguish of His soul,
b) He will see the Light of Life
c) And be satisfied.
d) By His Knowledge
e) My Righteous Servant will justify many,
f) And He will bear their iniquities.
(Through this Second one I thank God for The Incredible Sacrifice Christ Made For Us)

We know that when the Bible tells us that our Lord Jesus Christ testified, His Testimony was always true. I am encouraged and my Faith is built up by the Testimony of Jesus Christ.
I, personally, sometimes enjoy books that are well written as testimony that can encourage us and edify us.
Generally though, I do not like listening to testimonies in Church or on Christian Broadcast television programs. The people who speak out testimonies face a huge temptation to exaggerate. They can easily 'sensationalize' the reality of what happened and sometimes tell a distorted story. If there is a claim of being healed of a major illness, this should be medically verified. If there is a claim of a 'family restoration' it needs to pass the test of time and be pastorally verified before it can be broadcast.
in the Bible we do not read of many people telling testimonies in gatherings, apart from brief encounters with the Lord, and we should be very careful about having 'testimony times' in the Church or Christian meeting, they can become like competitive story telling .
