'Two Things That Should Make Us Afraid.'
Jeremiah 2:12-13.
a) Even the Heavens are appalled at this.
b) Even the Heavens shudder with great horror.
c) This is what the Lord observes and says.
d) God's People have committed two evil sins.
e) They have forsaken Him Who is the spring of Living Waters.
f) They have dug their own cisterns.
g) These are broken cisterns that cannot hold water.
(This QT teaches me Two Things That Should Make Me Afraid)

'Brothers And Sisters Of Jesus.'
Hebrews 2:11.
a) Both the One Who makes people Holy.
b) That means that He is the One Who Sanctifies.
c) Are all of the same family - Sanctifier and Sanctified!
d) So Jesus is not ashamed to call these family members Brothers and Sisters.
(This Second one reminds me of the privilege of being called Brothers And Sisters of Jesus)

They have forsaken Him Who is the Spring of Living Waters. Even though I am no longer a young person, I am classed as being 'old', I believe that I have an 'up-to-date' Biblical World view. It is no exaggeration to says that many True Believers in the age group between 20 - 40 years old are forsaking the Lord. For one, or some of many reasons they have turned away from Him. It is a part of the Mission of the Church to reach out to these people and help them come back to Christ.
