Let Us Give Thanks To God!
‘Let Us Give Thanks To God.’
2 Corinthians 9:9-12.
a) 2 Corinthians 9:9; Psalm 112:9. Generous people who Fear the Lord:-
1- Distribute freely to other people.
2- Give to the poor people.
3- Have Righteousness that endures forever.
b) 2 Corinthians 9:10. God can multiply our seed and increase the harvest of our Righteousness.
c) 2 Corinthians 9:11. We can give thanks to God for the Church that is enriched in every way that it may be generous in every way.
d) 2 Corinthians 9:12. The ministry of generosity not only supplies the needs of the Saints but also causes overflowing thanksgiving to God.
(Through this QT I want to exclaim: Let Us Give Thanks To God)

‘Knowing Christ.’
Philippians 3:8-11.
a) Philippians 3:8. Because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ we can count all other things as loss.
b) Philippians 3:9. Because of knowing Christ we have Righteousness that comes through Faith in Him.
c) Philippians 3:10. Truly knowing Christ means:-
1- Knowing the Power of His Resurrection.
2- Knowing the fellowship of His Sufferings.
3- Becoming like Him in His Death.
d) Philippians 3:11. If we truly know Christ we may obtain the Resurrection from the dead.
(Through this Second one I understand more of what it means to be Knowing Christ)

Chris.
The Goal of every True Believer should be to be truly Knowing Christ. Our communion with Christ should be at its very heart truly Knowing Christ. Everything else follows that. Worship, ministry and mission are very important but are secondary to truly Knowing Christ.
