'Loving And True.'
2 John 1:6.
a) This is Love - not legalism.
b) That we walk according to the Lord's Commandments.
c) This is the Commandment.
d) That we have heard from the beginning.
e) We should walk in this Commandment.
(This QT teaches me that the Lord desires me to be Loving And True)

'Ask The Lord.'
Jeremiah 21:2.
a) Jeremiah had to enquire of the Lord on behalf of His People.
b) Nebuchadnezzar, the King of Babylon was making war against God's People.
c) The Lord's People wanted Him to act on their behalf.
d) The Lord's Works are wonderful.
e) If the Lord works on His People's behalf then the enemy will go away.
(This Second one encourages me to Ask The Lord)

If we know what is correct in the Lord's Sight then we should endeavour to put that into practise in our lives. To neglect the Lord's Word or the Lord's Commands that He may give to us is very wrong. To heed the Lord's Word or the Lord's Commands that He may give to us is very wise. Let us desire to know what is correct and then, knowing it, do it.
