Chris.
When God works, bringing Restoration in some way to and for His People there are inevitable positive results. Firstly, there is Joy and this Joy strengthens His People - the Joy of the Lord is your strength. Secondly, there is Gladness. David sang a Psalm about the Lord making him Glad. Then there is Thanksgiving. When God works His People really desire to Thank Him. Finally here, there is Melody. It is the Holy Spirit that works bringing Restoration and one of the evidences of the Presence and Fullness of the Holy Spirit is making Melody.
