‘God Sometimes Is
Angry.’
Romans 1:18-23.
a)
Romans 1:18. His Anger is being revealed from
Heaven against all godlessness and wickedness of people who suppress the Truth
by their wickedness.
b)
Romans 1:19. The Truth of God is known to them
instinctively. God has put this knowledge in their hearts.
c)
Romans 1:20. Since the Creation of the World
God’s invisible qualities – His Eternal Power and Divine Nature – have been
clearly seen. So sinful and evil people will have no excuse when they stand
before God on Judgement Day.

Romans 1:21. For although they knew God,
they:-

Did not Glorify Him
as God.

Would not give
thanks to Him.
3-
Became futile thinkers.

Allowed their foolish hearts to become
darkened and confused.

Romans 1:22. They claimed to be wise but
became fools.

Romans 1:23. They exchanged the Glory of the
Living God to images that looked like:-

They exchanged the
Glory of the Living God to images. This was written clearly by Apostle Paul
referring to people who knew God. These people were not “heathen”, they were
people who had fellowship with other Believers. They made an exchange the Glory
of the Living God to images. I am challenged to keep free from the images!
