‘We Should Not Be Presumptuous.’
a) Proverbs 18:13. To give an answer before listening to another person.
b) Deuteronomy 29:19-20. And treat our stubbornness lightly.
c) Isaiah 14:13-14. With spiritual pride.
d) Isaiah 29:15-16; 45:9-10. In rejecting our Creator God.
e) Luke 18:11-12. In deceiving ourselves.
f) 1 Corinthians 10:9-11. By putting Christ to the test.
(This QT reminds me that I Should Not Be Presumptuous)

‘When The Lord Restores A Nation.’
Isaiah 51:3-5.
a) Isaiah 51:3. He gives:-
1- Comfort.
2- Beauty.
3- Joy and Gladness.
4- Thanksgiving.
b) Isaiah 51:4. His People will hear Him and declare His Word and His Justice so that the restored Nation can be a light to the Nations.
c) Isaiah 51:5. He manifests His:-
1- Mercy.
2- Justice.
3- Salvation.
4- Lordship.
5- Power.
(Through this Second one I understand what happens When The Lord Restores A Nation)

God manifests His Mercy as a part of His Work of Restoration. We need the Mercy of God. Sometimes God’s People go so far away from Him that we do not even realise we need His Mercy. When God Restores any individual, family, Church or Nation those involved in the Restoration will surely recognise and value the Mercy of God.
