c) Deuteronomy 10:17. He:-
i) Is God of all gods.
ii) Master of all masters.
iii) Is Immense and Awesome.
iv) Does not play favourites.
v) Takes no bribes.
d) Job 36:5. Does not bully innocent people.
e) Job 36:22. Is a Wonderful Teacher.
f) Psalm 89:8. Is Faithful from every angle.
g) Jeremiah 32:8. Is God of the Angel Armies.
h) Nahum 1:3. Is Patient.
i) Acts 19:11. When necessary does out of the ordinary
things through His People.
j) Romans 1:16. Rescues everyone who trusts Him.
k) 2 Corinthians 10:5. Gives us tools for smashing warped
philosophies and to tear down barriers erected against His Truth.

'The Church.'
a) Acts 2:41. Can grow quickly.
b) Psalm 65:4. Originates in the Old Testament, God's
People in His Presence:-
i) Happy.
ii) Chosen.
iii) Satisfied.
c) Psalm 84:2; 23:6; 27:4. People yearning for the Lord's
Presence.
d) Psalm 96:8; Exodus 23:19. Worship and Offering in His
Presence.
e) Psalm 100:4; 150:1. Praise and Thanksgiving in His
Presence.
f) Isaiah 62:9. The Place to receive the Bread and Wine.
g) Zechariah 3:7. Needed to be ruled and taken care of.
h) Genesis 28:17. A spiritual gateway to Heaven.
i) Nehemiah 6:10. A place for meeting people.
j) Psalm 84:10. Needed doorkeepers - a welcoming team.
k) Ecclesiastes 5:1. A place to be obedient in.
l) Isaiah 2:3; 1 Corinthians 14:19. A place for teaching
about God's Ways.
m) 1 Timothy 3:15. To be taught how to behave in Church.
(I am often offended and sometimes hurt by the bad behaviour of Believers and
their children in Church; they all have to be taught how to behave well.)
n) Hebrews 10:21. Has a Great High Priest - Jesus.
o) 1 Peter 4:17; 1 Corinthians 5:1-7. Is a place for
Believers' Discipline and Judgment.
p) Joshua 6:24. Should have a financial treasury.
q) Judges 19:18. Was a place to go to.
r) 1 Chronicles 22:11. Needed to be successfully built.
s) Psalm 92:13. A place to be planted and thrive in.
t) Hebrews 8:2. Needs ministers.
u) Matthew 21:13. A House of Prayer.
v) Ephesians 2:21. Is growing into a Holy Sanctuary.
w) John 2:16. Is Heavenly Father's House.
x) Matthew 16:18; Ephesians 1:22. Belongs to Jesus. Not
to the:-
i) Congregation.
ii) Elders.
iii) Pastors.
y) Matthew 18:17. Is to be paid attention to by errant
Believers.
z) 1 Corinthians 14:23; Psalm 111:1. Should assemble
together as a whole.
a2) 1 Corinthians 14:33. Should be a place of Peace and
not disorder. A disorderly church can and will be closed by:-
i) The Lord.
ii) The denomination.
iii) The police or local government authority.
b2) Acts 20:28; 1 Peter 5:2. Needs shepherding.
c2) Acts 6:2-6. Needs Apostolic Leadership and capable
Deaconship. There needs to be clearly defined Biblical functions for the people
who are:-
i) Ministry gifted, ordained and anointed.
ii) Ministry gifted and anointed.
iii) Biblical elders.
iv) Biblical deacons.
d2) Acts 16:4-5. Was Strengthened in the Faith and grew
because of good Leadership.
(Through this Meditation I really find my heart for The
Church which began in the Old Testament and became expanded in the New)

God Loves people. The place where He can fully work in
peoples' lives is generally the Church. I put generally because there are
sometimes persecuted people who cannot go to Church. The Church is not meant to
be a social or cultural gathering place primarily. It is supposed to be the
place where we can gather together to God, learn His Ways, and participate in
spiritually meaningful Biblical activities. Submission and Worship, not
democracy, should be the prevailing attitude in Church. Submission to God; Spiritual
Authority and Denominational decisions are all necessary if we are to have a
successful and blessed Church.
