'God's Promise To Sarah.'
Romans 9:9.
a) For this is what the Promise said:
b) "About this time next year I will return,
c) "And Sarah shall have a son."

PRAY: To receive by Faith any Promise that God may give to you.

'The Lord Appeared To Abraham.'
Genesis 18:1.
a) And the Lord appeared to Abraham
b) By the oaks of Mamre,
c) As he sat at the door of his tent
d) In the heat of the day.
(Through this Second one I know that The Lord Appeared To Abraham)
PRAY: To always be attentive to the Lord.

Just because some true event is recorded in the Bible it does not mean the same, or a similar event has to happen today! Yes! The Lord did appear to Abraham, but the probability is that we will not see the Lord until we meet with Him in Glory. We should not take the Word of God out of context or try to make it apply to our lives out of context.
