Judges 1:6-7.
a) Adonai Bezek fled,
b) But they pursued him and caught him
c) And cut off his thumbs and big toes.
d) And Adonai Bezek said:
e) "Seventy kings with their thumbs and their big toes cut off used to pick up scraps under my table.
f) "As I have done, so God has repaid me."
g) And they brought him to Jerusalem,
h) And he died there.
(This QT reminds me that revenge belongs to God: Adonai Bezek)
PRAY: To live a life carefully glorifying God.

'Drive Them Out.'
a) Leviticus 20:23. God drove out the Nations because of their sin.
b) Joshua 13:13. Yet the people of Israel did not drive out the Geshurites or the Maacathities,
but Geshur and Maacath dwell in the midst of Israel to this day.
c) Joshua 16:10. ... they did not drive out the Canaanites who lived in Gezer
d) Judges 11:7. "... you drove me out of my father's house"
(This Second one reminds me that there are times that we need to Drive Them Out (whoever they may be)
PRAY; To Drive Them Out whenever we need to.

They brought him to Jerusalem and he died there. There are some amazing historical incidents recorded in the Old Testament! We can read that time after time the Victory belongs to the Lord, and, of course, the Glory too! Our responsibility in this situation is to simply and actively obey Him. Trust the Lord and His Promises!
