'The Hardened Missed It.'
Romans 11:7.
a) What then?
b) What the People of Israel sought so earnestly
c) They did not obtain.
d) The Elect among them did,
e) But the others were hardened,
(This QT reminds me that The Hardened Missed It)
PRAY: Especially for those people of Israel whose hearts are hardened, that they will turn to the Lord.

'Predestined.'
Romans 8:29.
a) For God knew His People in advance,
b) And chose them to become like His Son,
c) That He might be the Firstborn
d) Among many brothers and sisters.
(This Second one causes me to rejoice...Predestined)
PRAY: For the Assurance of being Predestined.

If we seek something from God in a wrong way, even though we may seek for it earnestly, we will never be able to attain it. It says of the People of Israel that they did not obtain what they were seeking. When we are seeking God and asking something from Him, we ought to come to Him in a correct and proper Biblical way.
