'Because Of God's Loving Favour.'
Romans 11:6.
a) If they are Saved from the punishment of sin
b) Because of God's loving-favour,
c) It is nothing men have done to earn it.
d) If men had earned it,
e) Then His loving-favour would not be a free gift.
(This QT helps me to realise that I am Saved Because Of God's Loving Favour)
PRAY: Thanking God for His Loving Favour.

'No Pride, Simply God's Grace.'
Deuteronomy 9:4-5.
a) Do not say in your heart,
b) After the Lord your God has thrust them out before you:
c) "It is because of my righteousness
d) "That the Lord has brought me in to possess this land,"
e) Whereas it is because of the wickedness of these Nations
g) That the Lord your God is driving them out before you,
h) And that He may confirm the Word that the Lord swore to your fathers,
i) 1-To Abraham,
2-To Isaac.
3-And to Jacob.
(This Second one makes me ponder: No Pride, Simply God's Grace)
PRAY: To reject Pride and welcome Grace.

We can do nothing to earn God's Loving Favour. This Favour is something that God gives even when we are still in our mother's womb. We should always be grateful to God because of His Loving Favour. A Christian living without the realization of God's Love is really living with some kind of emotional and spiritual emptiness.
