'Get Up.'
Genesis 13:17.
a) Get up.
b) Walk around the Land.
c) Through its length and width.
d) For I (the Lord) will give it to you.
(This QT teaches me the first thing that Abraham had to do if he was to inherit God's Promise Land - Get Up)
PRAYER: Ask the Lord to teach us when we need to Get Up.

'The Lord's Presence.'
a) Psalm 90:8. Is a place of Light.
b) Psalm 95:2. Can be entered with Thanksgiving.
c) Psalm 97:5; Isaiah 64:3; Nahum 1:5. Melts the mountains. (Volcanoes)
d) Jeremiah 4:1. Take away our idols from it.
e) Jonah 1:3 & 10. Jonah fled from it.
f) Micah 7:17. Causes people to tremble.
g) Habakkuk 2:20; Zephaniah 1:7. Sometimes we are to be silent in it.
h) Luke 15:10. Is a place of Rejoicing when a sinner repents.
i) Acts 2:28. Is a place where we can be filled with gladness.
j) Acts 3:19. Seasons of refreshing may come from it.
k) 2 Corinthians 2:10. Is with us as we forgive other people.
l) 1 Thessalonians 1:3. In it we can remember lovely things about other people.
m) 2 Thessalonians 1:9. From it comes Eternal destruction.
(This Second one gives me longing for The Lord's Presence)
PRAYER: To be living in the Lord's Presence daily.

We are to ask the Lord to teach us when to get up. Some people simply just do not get up. They give up. They are passive, it is so difficult for these people to receive anything from the Lord. Other people are jumping up and down all the time. They get up when they do not need to and cause confusion all around. Yes! It is correct to ask the Lord to teach us when to get up.
