b) Our enemy uses diabolical spirits.
c) These spirits:-
1-Perform wonders.
2-Perform signs.
3-Attempt to bring together the World Rulers.
d) The rulers will then be ready.
e) For the Battle.
f) Of the Great Day of God Almighty.

The performing of signs is something that is not restricted to Christian "Workers of Miracles". This is why we are urged in the Bible to discern the manifestations that come from God and those that do not. In the "last days" more and more signs are being worked and they can be used to deceive people and lead them away from God. This is why we need to discern (not be suspicious of) but discern, the performing of signs.
