A People Blessed By The Lord!


'A People Blessed By The Lord.'
Isaiah 65:21-23.
a)  Isaiah 65:21. They will:-
1-Build houses.
2-Dwell in them.
3-Plant vineyards.
4-Eat their fruit.
b)  Isaiah 65:22. No longer will they build houses and other people live in them.
c)  Isaiah 65:22. No longer will they plant and other people eat.
d)  Isaiah 65:22. For as the days of a tree.
e)  Isaiah 65:22. So shall the days of God's People be.
f)  Isaiah 65:22. God's Chosen ones shall long enjoy the work of their hands.
g)  Isaiah 65:23. God's People shall not labour in vain.
h)  Isaiah 65:23. God's People will not bear people doomed to misfortune.
i)  Isaiah 65:23. God's People will be a People Blessed by Him.
j)  Isaiah 65:23. Their descendants also will be Blessed.

Romans 12:1.
a)  This is something that we are urged to do.
b)  It is a response to God's Mercy.
c)  We are to offer our bodies:-
1-A living sacrifice.
2-Holy.
3-Pleasing to God.
d)  This is:-
1-True Worship.
2-Proper Worship.
3-Reasonable Service.

One of the Blessings recorded here in God's Word is that God's People shall not labour in vain. There are several cases in the Bible of God's Servants who thought that they had laboured in vain, some of them even proclaimed and confessed that way. For some people it seems to be a part of their maturing process from God that they are going through. Remember the Promise: God's People shall not labour in vain.
