Isaiah 54:16.
a) God creates the blacksmith.
b) The blacksmith fans the coals into flame.
c) The blacksmith forges a weapon fit for its work.
d) God creates the destroyer.
e) To wreak havoc.
(This QT convinces me that Truly God Does All Things)

'Make Sure We Do It.'
Deuteronomy 23:23.
a) Whatever we said that we would do.
b) Before the Lord as a vow.
c) We must make sure that we do it.
d) We freely chose to make that vow.
e) To the Lord our God.
(This Second one reminds me to Make Sure That I Do It)

Truly God does all things. This is one of many reasons that we should Trust Him implicitly. God does all things means what it says. There is nothing that 'happens by chance'. There is no way that that Satan can overrule the Will of God because Truly God does all things.
