b)  He was writing to the Churches in the seven Provinces of Western Turkey.
c)  The Greetings were from the Grace and Peace of the Lord.
d)  The Lord is the Source of all Grace and Peace.
(This QT reminds me that The Source Of Grace And Peace is the Lord)

2-Forget.
3-Abandon.
4-Forsake.
c)  The (Levitical) Priests.
d)  For as long as you live in your land.
