Isaiah 51:4.

b) We are to listen to the Lord.
c) Revelation flows from the Lord.
d) Law proceeds from the Lord.
e) The Lord's Justice rests as a Light to His People.
(This QT simply reminds me that I Should Pay Attention To The Lord)

'Not Just The Prophet, But The Prophet Of God.'
2 Kings 3:11.
a) Jehoshaphat wanted to inquire of the Lord.
b) Jehoshaphat wanted to consult God.
c) One of the servants of the King gave an answer.
d) Elisha the son of Shaphat was in the locality.
e) Elisha was Elijah's right hand man.
(This Second one reminds me of a Divine Principle: Not Just The Prophet, But The Prophet Of God)

The Lord's Justice rests as a Light to His People. As the Lord's People we should be able to know what He is saying as a part of our normal Spiritual Life. The Lord's speaking to us is not just something that we have to wait to receive in our inner man and then give "the Message" to other people who haven't received in the same way as us. God speaks to all His People through His Word in a variety of ways.
