Isaiah 46:10.
a) God says that before something even happens.
b) He will announce how it will end.
c) From times long ago, God announced what was to come.
d) God says that His Plan will succeed.
e) God says that He will do anything that He wants to do.

Matthew 5:7.
a) Blessed.
b) Are those people who show Mercy.
c) They will be shown Mercy.
d) They will be treated mercifully.

God says that He will do anything that He wants to do. Sometimes we limit God as to what we think He can or will do. There are other times that maybe we even reject what God does or has done. God can do anything and do it not bound by any limitations that we may put on Him.
