That We May Gain Christ!

‘That We May Gain Christ.’
Philippians 3:8-9.
If we really want to experience Christ in our lives, it is good for us to follow the example of Apostle Paul.
a) Consider all things to be loss because of the surpassing greatness of the Knowledge of Christ Jesus our Lord.
b) To be ready to suffer the loss of all things and consider them dung in order that we may gain Christ.
c) To be found in Christ not having our own righteousness which may be from our own philosophical or religious background, but having the Righteousness from God on the basis of Faith.
(This challenging QT teaches me the way That I May Gain Christ from the example of Apostle Paul)

‘Our Heavenly Father Knows Our Needs.’
Matthew 6:31-34.
a) Matthew 6:31. We should not be anxious saying or thinking what shall we:-
1- Eat.
2- Drink.
3- Wear.
b) Matthew 6:32. We should not follow the pagan way.
c) Matthew 6:32. Our Heavenly Father knows our needs.
d) Matthew 6:33. Our part is to seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness and then all these things shall be added to us.
e) Matthew 6:34. We should not be anxious for tomorrow.
f) Matthew 6:34. Tomorrow will be anxious for itself.
g) Matthew 6:34. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
(Through this Second one I have confidence because My Heavenly Father Knows My Needs)

They are, in the main, good people. This however does not give them standing with the living God. What we need as True Believers is the Righteousness from God on the basis of Faith.
