Just Leave It As It Is!


‘Just Leave It As It Is.’
Revelation 22:18-19.
a) This is a solemn declaration.
b) To everyone who hears the Words of Prophecy written in the Book of Revelation.
c) If anyone adds anything to what is written in this Book.
d) God will add to that person the plagues that are written in the Book.
e) If anyone removes any of the Words from this Book of Prophecy Revelation.
f) God will remove that person’s share in the Book of Life.
g) God will remove that person’s share in the Holy City.
h) Both the Book of Life and the Holy City are described in the Book of Revelation.
(This QT urges and reminds me to Just Leave It As It Is, this is especially pertaining to the Book of Revelation)

a) Judges 16:21. Was used for making fetters.
b) 1 Samuel 17:5. Was used for armour.
c) 1 Chronicles 15:19; 1 Corinthians 13:1. Was used for musical instruments.
d) Matthew 10:9. Was used for coinage.
e) Isaiah 48:4. Was used to indicate stubbornness.
f) Jeremiah 6:28. Was used to indicate rebellion.
g) Ezekiel 22:18. Was used to indicate dross like people.
h) Psalm 107:16. Was used for the manufacture of gates.
i) Micah 4:13. Was used to indicate strength and victory.
j) Daniel 2:39. Was used to describe a kingdom.
k) Zechariah 6:1. Was used to describe mountains.
l) Numbers 21:4-9; John 3:14-15. A serpent was made of it at God’s Instruction.

We should never add anything to the Word of God. This is very clearly written in the Bible and also indicates the pure sufficiency of God’s Word. When people add things to the Word of God that are not there, whether it is in writing, teaching or preaching they are on dangerous grounds. This is the first step into cultism.
