Jeremiah 4:13-14.
a) The enemy is coming up like clouds.
b) His chariots are like a whirlwind.
c) His horses are faster than eagles.
d) How horrible it will be for us.
e) We will be destroyed.
f) Jerusalem, wash your heart from evil.
g) Then you can be Saved.
h) Do not continue making evil plans.

Isaiah 64:2.
a) As when fire kindles brushwood.
b) Then the fire causes water to boil.
c) Then the Lord's Name is made known to His Enemies.
d) Then the Nations will tremble at His Presence.
(Through this Second one I understand what happens When The Lord Comes Down)

We need to realize that the only way that we can be rescued from God's Judgments is to firstly have a clean heart. The outward appearance of religiosity is insufficient - it is a mockery. We need to hear frequently of our need for a clean heart, then, after hearing we need to take the appropriate action.
