Isaiah 66:3.
a) The one who slaughters a bull.
b) Also strikes down a man.
c) The one who sacrifices a lamb.
d) Also breaks a dog's neck.
e) Whoever makes a grain offering.
f) Is like one who offers pigs blood.
g) Whoever burns memorial incense.
h) Is like one who worships an idol.
i) They have chosen their own way.
j) They enjoy these disgusting practices.

Violence is something that is abhorrent to God. I am surprised at how many people in Church can be violent in their words and even, sometimes, in their actions. This kind of violence is something that God is not pleased with. It is done with the motive of "getting my own way". This is something that needs to be washed away from the Church and that starts with true and unconditional repentance.
