‘Afflicted Believers.’
Zephaniah 3:12-13.
a) Should be humble.
b) Should Trust in the Name of the Lord.
c) Should do no wrong.
d) Should speak no lies.
e) Deceit will not be found in their mouths.
f) They shall eat.
g) They shall rest.
h) No one shall make them afraid.
(Through this QT I am caused to pray for the Afflicted Believers whom I know. Who enjoys being afflicted? What a trial of Faith. They need our Prayers)

‘Jesus – Our High Priest.’
Hebrews 4:15-16.
a) He has compassion on our weaknesses.
b) He was tempted in every way like we are tempted yet He had no sin.
c) We can approach Him at the Throne of Grace with confidence.
d) We can receive Mercy.
e) We can receive Grace to help us in our time of need.
(This Second one renews my love for Jesus – My Great High Priest)

It is so often easy for afflicted Believers to develop a negative attitude and become careless about their relationship with God. This is plainly wrong because God wants to help us. When we are not in good relationship with God it is easy for deceit to be found in our mouths.
