(Through this Second one I am reminded that Believers Should Gather Together)
-------------------------
Chris.
Strength is important – without strength we cannot live. Sometimes through the difficult experiences of life, we feel that we have no strength. In such times we need to do two things. Firstly, we need to pray to the Lord to give us strength. Secondly, we need to gather up the strength that we do have, we may feel that we have no strength, but actually we do have some.

The Second Coming Is A Reality!

‘The Second Coming Is A Reality.’
2 Peter 3:3-10.
In these days there are some strange doctrines and cults that are unbiblical and weird in their teachings about the Second Coming of Christ. This should not affect us in a negative way because Jesus is coming again and we should be ready for it.
a) 2 Peter 3:3. In the days before the Coming of Christ there will be:-
1- Scoffers.
2- People who mock the Truth.
3- People who follow their own desires.
b) 2 Peter 3:4. They will say, “What happened to the promise that Jesus is coming again? From before the times of our ancestors, everything has remained the same since the world was first created.”

(Through this QT I realise that The Second Coming Is A Reality)
-------------------------
‘The Great Commission.’
Matthew 28:19-20.
a) We are to go and make Disciples of all Nations.
b) We are to Baptise the new Disciples in the Name of:-
1- The Father.
2- The Son.
3- The Holy Spirit.
c) We are to Teach the new Disciples the Words of God.
d) The Lord Promises to be with those people who do those things.
(This Second one reminds me of The Great Commission)
------------------------
Chris.
The Great Commission as recorded in Matthew’s Gospel should be very easy for the Church today to follow. We need to remember that when Jesus spoke these words He was preparing the Disciples for their early Church ministry. Successful mission should flow from a mission minded Church. That is the principle until Christ comes again.

Really God's Servants!

‘Really God’s Servants.’
1 Corinthians 3:5-9.
a) 1 Corinthians 3:5. God’s Servants:-
1- Are servants.
2- Should be sources of Faith to other people.
3- Have their tasks assigned by the Lord.
b) 1 Corinthians 3:6. Have different functions but it is God Who gives the results.
c) 1 Corinthians 3:7. God’s Servants have no claim to be anything – it is God Wo is everything.
d) 1 Corinthians 3:8. If every one of God’s Servants obeys Him, God will surely reward them.
e) 1 Corinthians 3:9. We are God’s:-
1- Fellow workers.
2- Heirs.
3- Building,
(Through this QT I can see who are Really God’s Servants)
-----------------------
‘The Proper Way For True Believers To Live.’

a) In harmony and unity with each other.
b) Being sympathetic.
c) Have Brotherly Love.
d) Be compassionate.
e) Be Humble.
(This Second one shows to me The Proper Way For True Believers To Live)
-----------------------
Chris.
There is a proper way for True Believers to live. The Bible clearly teaches this through the Teachings of Jesus Christ and then right on through the New Testament. Personally, if people who claim to be Believers to not adhere to the proper way of living I cannot accept that as genuine Christianity.

‘Divorce Is A Legal Matter.’
Matthew 5:31-32.
a) There needs to be a legal certificate of divorce.
b) The person who divorces his wife, except in the area of marital unfaithfulness causes her to be in adultery.
c) Anyone who marries a divorced woman in those circumstances commits adultery.
d) Matthew 19:9. The man who divorces his wife except in the area of marital unfaithfulness also commits adultery.
(This Second one clearly teaches me that Divorce Is A Legal Matter before it is a spiritual one)
----------------------
Chris.
The man who divorces his wife is taking a huge step in offending God because God hates divorce. Today divorce has become a common reality in society. It has become a popular answer to marital conflict resolution. However God only sees divorce as possible if there is a marital unfaithfulness situation that is impossible to be reconciled.

The Reality Of Faith!

d) With gratitude in our hearts to God we can sing:-
1- Psalms.
2- Hymns.
3- Spiritual Songs.
(This Second one reveals to me what can happen When God’s Word Dwells In My Heart)
---------------------
Chris.
God has given us His Word and one of the major purposes of the Word that He has given to us is that it may dwell in our hearts. In order for this to happen we need to firstly read God’s Word carefully and Secondly to listen to God’s Word.

Change And Grow Well!

‘Change And Grow Well.’
1 Corinthians 3:1-4.
a) 1 Corinthians 3:1. Apostle Paul was restricted in how he could serve the Corinthian Church because they were not spiritual, they were like spiritual babies, carnal.
b) 1 Corinthians 3:2. They were not ready for the meaningful and life changing Teaching of God’s Word.
c) 1 Corinthians 3:3. The jealousy and quarrelling amongst them made them like worldly people – not True Believers.
d) 1 Corinthians 3:4. They needed to stop following men and to start following Jesus.
(This QT challenges me as it should challenge every True Believer: Change And Grow Well)

v) Ephesians 6:15. Peace – from the Good News.
w) Colossians 3:15. Peace – from Christ to rule our hearts.
x) 1 Thessalonians 5:4. The Day of the Lord – like a thief.
y) 2 Thessalonians 3:5. Endurance – from Christ.

dd) 1 Peter 1:23. New Life that lasts forever – from the Eternal and Living Word of God.
(Through this Second one I understand how It Comes)
--------------------
Chris
The Anger of God will surely come upon all people who disobey Him unless they repent whilst living on this Earth. Surely Eternity is for those people whose lives are washed by the Blood of Jesus Christ and who love Him and endeavour to obey Him. To obey the Lord is an important part of our Christian life. It is our Light shining in a dark world.

Our Light Should Shine!

‘Our Light Should Shine.’
a) Proverbs 13:9. Brightly as Righteous People.
b) 1 Kings 7:49. In Worship.
c) Exodus 27:20. They need oil (Holy Spirit) in order for them to burn.
d) Judges 7:16. As we do battle in the Lord’s Name.
e) Matthew 5:15. In our homes.
f) Matthew 25:1/ As we are ready to meet Jesus Christ.
g) Psalm 119:105; Proverbs 6:23. The Word of God also gives us Light.
(This QT reminds me that My Light Should Shine)
----------------------
‘Keep Away From Strange Women.’
a) Proverbs 6:24; 2:16; 7:5. From her flattery.
b) Proverbs 5:3. Even though her words are so sweet.
c) Ecclesiastes 7:26. Who brings men into bondage.
(This Second one is a clear warning to me and all True Believer men, Keep Away From Strange Women)
-----------------------
Chris.
Our Light should shine in Worship. We need to remember that Worship is not for us – it is for the Lord. Worship is sacrifice and it should be very pure.
The most Holy part of our week should be the part when we join with other people together and Worship God.

A People Who Do Not Worship!

‘A People Who Do Not Worship.’
Malachi 3:7-15.
a) Malachi 3:7. God’s People:
1- Have turned away from God’s Word.
2- Have not kept God’s Word.
3- Need to come back to God.
4- Do not know how to come back to God.

1- It is futile to serve God.
2- Why obey God?
3- Proud people are happy.
4- Evildoers prosper.
5- People complain against God and get away with it.
(This QT teaches me about A People Who Do Not Worship)
------------------
‘We Need Faith.’
Hebrews 11:1-6.
a) Hebrews 11:1. We need genuine Faith.
b) Hebrews 11:2. We need God approved Faith.
c) Hebrews 11:3. We need Faith in the Word of God.
d) Hebrews 11:4. We need Faith to give pure Worship to God.
e) Hebrews 11:5. We need Faith to please God.
f) Hebrews 11:6. Without Faith it is impossible to please God.
(This Second one calls to my attention that I Need Faith)
------------------
Chris.
We need God approved Faith – Faith that God approves in and that is based on His Word. Faith needs to be focused on obedience to God and not on our personal needs. God has Promised to meet the needs of those people who obey Him.

-----------------
‘The Coming Lord.’
Malachi 3:1-5.
I am interpreting this Scripture as the First Coming of Jesus Christ as we now celebrate this fact by the Christmas Season. However I am also reminded here that Jesus Christ is coming again.
a) Malachi 3:1. The messenger was John the Baptist.
b) Malachi 3:1. The Lord:-
1- Was being sought.
2- Is the Messenger of the Covenant.
3- Is delighted in by His People.
4- Was and is coming.
c) Malachi 3:2-3. He was and is coming as a Refiner and Purifier.
d) Malachi 3:3-4. He wants His People to offer to the Lord an offering in Righteousness that will be pleasant to Him.
e) Malachi 3:5. He will come in Judgment:-
1- Against witchcraft.
2- Against adultery.
3- Against liars.
4- Against people that oppress:-
A- Their workers.
B- Widows.
C- Orphans.
5- Against people that prevent strangers from having their rights.
6- Against people who have no fear of the Lord.
(This Second one gives me deep reverence for The Coming Lord)
-----------------
Chris.
Is what we offer to the Lord made in Righteousness and pleasing to Him? This should be a question that we ask ourselves. Offering of any kind to God is a part of our Worship and God demands that our Worship be thoughtful and Holy.

m) Job 5:11. The Lord gives Prosperity to them.
n) Job 5:15. The Lord rescues them from the cutting words of strong people.
o) Job 5:16; Psalm 9:18. Will have Hope.
p) Job 29:12. Need help.

b) When we say that God delights in evil people.
c) When we deny the Presence of the God of Justice.
(This Second one shows me that This Wearies God)
----------------
Chris.
The poor people need someone to speak up for them. In most Nations where poor people come from other poorer Nations to work, these poor people are oppressed and abused. God sees that happening and surely will Judge the oppressors in some way. Let True Believers speak up for the oppressed poor in their Nations.

The Lord No Longer Looked Favourably...!

‘The Lord No Longer Looked Favourably On Their Offerings!
Malachi 2:13-16.
a) Malachi 2:13. The Lord’s People were crying out with their tears on the Lord’s Altar – but it was all to no avail.
b) Malachi 2:14. The Lord’s People were asking the Lord why?

g) 1 Corinthians 1:10. With other True Believers in the same mind and judgment.
(This Second one reminds me to Be United in a Biblical Way)
---------------
Chris.
The breaking of the Marriage Covenant is something that is taking part today frequently, even in the Churches. When this happens amongst True Believers it means that God has taken a secondary part in their lives. It is much easier to break the Covenant in human thinking, than to resolve the problems. However this is not God’s Way.

What Is Godly Spirituality?

‘What Is Godly Spirituality?’
a) 1 Corinthians 2:15. It is discernment.
b) Luke 10:42. It is Worship and Adoration of the Lord.
c) Deuteronomy 6:5. It is wholehearted expression of Love for God.
d) Joshua 22:5. It is:-
1- Obedience to the Lord.
2- Love for the Lord.
3- 1 Kings 8:23. To walk in the Lord’s Ways.
4- To cleave to the Lord.
5- To wholeheartedly serve the Lord.
e) Psalm 1:2. To delight in the Word of the Lord.
f) Psalm 51:6. Truth in our inward parts.
(Through this QT I find an answer to my question, What Is Godly Spirituality?)
--------------
‘Right Spiritual Authority At A Time Of Compromise.’
Nehemiah 13:23-28.

a) Nehemiah 13:23-24. He saw the dysfunctional family problems.
b) Nehemiah 13:25. He:-
1- Confronted them.
2- Cursed them.
3- Beat them.
4- Pulled out their hair.
5- Made them stop their disobedience to God.
c) Nehemiah 13:26-27. He demanded remembrance of Solomon’s sin – he was teaching God’s Word.
(Through this Second one – it is really quite sensational – I realise the need for Right Spiritual Authority At A Time Of Compromise)
--------------
Chris.
To delight in the Word of the Lord is a part of Godly Spirituality. We, as True Believers, should have a real and genuine desire for the Word of God. We should read it, pray through it and listen to it. This is the way that God’s Word gets into our hearts.

Liars!

‘Liars.’
a) Proverbs 13:7. Pretend to be someone that they are not, especially regarding riches.
b) Leviticus 19:11. Are forbidden by God.
c) Colossians 3:9. Have no place in the New Testament Church.
d) Proverbs 6:16-19; 12:22. Are hated by God.

n) Jeremiah 9:3. The sin of God’s People:-
1- They bend their tongues like bow to shoot lies.
2- They refuse to stand up for the Truth.
3- They only go from bad to worse.
4- They care nothing for the Lord.
o) Jeremiah 9:5. Practise telling lies.
(This QT warns me about Liars and shows me how God sees them)
-------------
‘God’s People Gather Or Go Empty.’
Ezra 10:7-8.
a) This Proclamation was made to all of God’s Children at the time. They were known as “The People of the Captivity”.
b) They were to gather at Jerusalem – their spiritual gathering place.
c) The Leaders determined that whoever would not come within three days would forfeit all of their belongings and be separated from the rest of the congregation.
(This Second one is such a clear lesson to me: God’s People Gather Or Go Empty)
-------------
Chris.
Liars should not be Leaders. If Leaders are found out to be liars they should be removed from Leadership as soon as possible and replaced. If liars are Leaders then all the people become confused and lose their trust of leadership. This problem can really hinder the Churches.

The Great King Desires Pure Worship!

Malachi 1:12-14.
a) Malachi 1:12. God’s People were profaning Him, they were saying that Worship was not important and acting that way also.

(This QT clearly shows me that The Great King Desires Pure Worship)
------------
‘A Covenant Keeping People.’
Malachi 2:10-12.
a) Malachi 2:10. We all have One Heavenly Father.
b) Malachi 2:10. We are all in the same Family of God so we should keep united with each other.
c) Malachi 2:10. We should not be Covenant breakers.
d) Malachi 2:11. Judah despised the Covenant and desecrated the Holiness of God by marrying heathen women who worshipped heathen gods.
e) Malachi 2:12. God curses these people and they will no longer be a part of His Family.
(This Second one reminds me of the responsibility of being A Covenant Keeping Person)
------------
Chris.
In both passages today we read the phrase: “God curses”. This is still a Biblical Truth today. The Bible tells us that Jesus Christ was made a curse for us on the Cross. This means that if we have been living under some kind of a curse, we can come to Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour, as we obey Him the power of every curse can be broken in His Name.

-----------
‘God Seeks A Pure Offering.’
Malachi 1:6-11.
a) Malachi 1:6. The priests were despising the Name of the Lord, even in the environment where sons honour their fathers and employees honour their employers. God was not being honoured by His Priests.
b) Malachi 1:7. The priests were offering polluted bread at the table of the Lord and they were so distanced from God that they did not even realise it. They were treating the Table of the Lord with contempt.
c) Malachi 1:8. The priests were offering offerings that were:-
1- Blind.
2- Lame.
3- Sick.
d) Malachi 1:8. God called these offerings evil and told His Priests that an employer would not accept such offerings from their employees.
e) Malachi 1:9. This was time for change – a time to seek God.
f) Malachi 1:10. God refused to accept the offerings of His Priests under such conditions. This was time for change.
g) Malachi 1:11. Even amongst the Gentiles God’s Name was Great and His Worship was to be continual and Pure. These Jewish priests were really lost.
(Through this Second one I can clearly see that God Seeks A Pure Offering)
-----------
Chris.
In the days of the Old Testament, if the offering used in Worship was sick then God was offended. The Cross changed all that. Jesus bore our sicknesses on the Cross. This means He took the shame of sickness to the Cross. By the Stripes of Jesus Christ there is Healing. That healing can come in many different ways. The Old Testament priests could not serve if they were sick or handicapped – but the Cross has changed all that. The shame of sickness is taken away. Now all His people may serve God, whether physically healthy or not.

1- Everlasting.
2- Unfailing.
3- Attractive.
(Through this Second one I am so encouraged and Blessed by The Amazing Love Of God)
----------
Chris.
God guides us. This is one of the proofs of God being a living, loving and real God. We can be guided by Him. He has given to us His Holy Spirit and His Word to guide us and also Ministry Gifts of Christ such as Pastors and Teachers to guide us as Leaders.

The Key Word Is Stand!

‘The Key Word Is Stand.’
Ephesians 6:10-18.
a) Ephesians 6:10. Be strong in the Lord.
b) Ephesians 6:10. Be strong in the Power of the Lord’s Might – not your own.
c) Ephesians 6:11. Put on the whole armour of God, so that you may be able to STAND against the wiles of the devil.
d) Ephesians 6:12. Our struggle is not against human enemies – flesh and blood.
e) Ephesians 6:12. Our battle is against:-
1- Spiritual powers.
2- Spiritual rulers of darkness in this World.
3- Spiritual wickedness in heavenly places.
f) Ephesians 6:13. We need to take up the whole armour of God so that we can STAND in the days when we face evil and continue to STAND afterwards.
g) Ephesians 6:14. STAND with the belt of Truth around our waist.
h) Ephesians 6:14. Put on the breastplate of Righteousness.
i) Ephesians 6:15. Have our feet shod ready to proclaim the Gospel of Peace.
j) Ephesians 6:16. Above all, taking the shield of Faith, wherewith you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. Above all – Faith is the most important.
k) Ephesians 6:17. Take the helmet of Salvation.
l) Ephesians 6:17. Take the sword of the Holy Spirit which is the Word of God.
m) Ephesians 6:18. Pray always in the Holy Spirit and be both spiritually and mentally alert in your prayers.
(This QT reminds me that The Key Word Is Stand and not “fight”)
---------
‘True Children Of God.’
Galatians 3:26-27.
a) Become so by Faith in Christ Jesus.
b) Are Baptised into Christ. Through water and the Church.
c) Have clothed themselves with Christ. They make no provision for a sinful flesh life.
(This Second one clearly defines for me who are the True Children Of God)
---------
Chris.
Pray always in the Holy Spirit. This does not mean that we have to pray exclusively with the Gift of “tongues”. Not everyone has that gift nor need they have it. God has so many gifts that He gives to His Children. Praying in the Holy Spirit means that we are led by the Holy Spirit in our prayers. Usually this leading is from the Word of God. To pray with the lights out is not necessarily the correct thing to do unless there is some kind of emergency or physically hostile situation.

Human Wisdom!

‘Human Wisdom.’
a) 1 Corinthians 2:13; 1:21-22. Is not sufficient alone for us to become Teachers of God’s Word.
b) Proverbs 21:30. Cannot stand against the Lord.
c) Proverbs 30:3. Needs to be mastered.
d) 1 Corinthians 1:25. God’s foolishness is wiser than it.
e) 1 Corinthians 2:5; 2 Corinthians 1:12. Is not to be trusted in.
(This QT helps me to put my attitude towards Human Wisdom in balance)
--------
‘Our Victory Plan.’
2 Corinthians 10:3-5.
a) 2 Corinthians 10:3. Although we live in the flesh – we have no fleshly warfare.
b) 2 Corinthians 10:4. We use God's mighty weapons, not mere worldly weapons, to knock down the Devil's strongholds.
c) 2 Corinthians 10:5. With the weapons that God gives us:-
1- We break down every proud argument that keeps people from knowing God.
2- We conquer people’s rebellious ideas.
3- We teach people to obey Christ.
(This Second one very clearly shows me My Victory Plan)
--------
Chris.
Wisdom is to be valued and not despised. Sometimes ignorant people despise Wisdom. That is very foolish. Wisdom is an important part of our lives and is God given. However we are not to put our trust in Wisdom – we are to put our trust in God.

Many Kinds Of People!

‘Many Kinds Of People.’
Proverbs 13:4-5.
a) Lazy people who desire but never get.
b) Diligent people who are Blessed by God.
c) Righteous people who hate lying.
d) Wicked people who are loathsome and who come to shame.
(This QT helps me to realise that in this World there are Many Kinds Of People. Who I choose to be my friends and who I trust are important choices for me)
-------
‘Do Not Opt Out.’
Numbers 32:1-27.
a) Numbers 32:1-5. The Children of Reuben and Gad were facing a great temptation to opt out of God’s Plan for His People.
b) Numbers 32:6-13. Moses explained to them why opting out was wrong. It was totally out of God’s Will and Plan. It would discourage other people and it was disobedience to God.
c) Numbers 32:14-15. Moses saw them as sinners, turning away from God.
d) Numbers 32:16-19. They made a new promise to Moses which was acceptable. They would not opt out.
e) Numbers 32:20-22. Moses made them responsible to do what they said they would do.
f) Numbers 32:23. Moses warned them against breaking their promise.
g) Numbers 32:24-27. The Children of Reuben and Gad kept their word.
(This Second one reminds me of the clear instruction of the Lord: Do Not Opt Out of His Will)
-------
Chris.
God leads us clearly and He also clearly expects us to make good choices to follow His Will for our lives. Doing things are not the only choices we have to make. Friendships are also a matter of choice. We need to choose the right friends.

Trust In The Lord (2)!

‘Trust In The Lord.’
a) James 2:5. Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in Faith and to inherit the Kingdom He promised those who love Him?
b) Proverbs 17:5. And do not mock the poor people.
c) Proverbs 11:28. He who trusts in his riches will fall, but the Righteous people will flourish like the green leaf.
d) Titus 3:4-7. Because He has:-
1- Titus 3:4. Shown to us His Kindness and Love.
2- Titus 3:5. Saved us.
3- Titus 3:6. Poured out His Spirit on us freely.
4- Titus 3:7. Made us right with God.
(This QT reminds me again to Trust In The Lord)
-------
‘The Gospel Messenger.’
a) 2 Corinthians 5:20; Romans 5:10. Needs to tell people to be Reconciled to God.
b) Philippians 2:8. Needs to clearly present the Message of the Cross.
c) Hebrews 5:8. Needs to include the necessity of Obedience to God.
d) Luke 22:42-44. Needs to present the submissive attitude of Christ to the Father’s Will.
e) John 1:4; 5:26. Needs to present Christ as our Life and Light.
f) John 14:6. Needs to present Jesus Christ as:-
1- The Way.
2- The Truth.
3- The Life.
4- The exclusive way of access to Father God.
g) John 10:17. Reveals that Christ was not murdered, He gave His Life.
h) Revelation 13:8. Tells that the Lamb of God was slain from the Foundation of the World.
i) Hebrews 7:25. Tells that Christ now Lives forever to make Intercession for us.
(This Second one shows to me the Message of the Gospel Messenger)
-------
Chris.
Trust in the Lord is not just a cliché used by religious minded thoughtless “christians” - but it is also a necessity for True Believers. We live in days when Trusting the Lord is a vitally important part of our lives.

There Is A Limit!

‘There Is A Limit.’
1 Corinthians 2:11-12.
a) Only we can know our own thoughts.
b) Only God’s Own Spirit knows His Thoughts.
c) We have received the Holy Spirit.
d) Now we can know the things that God has freely given to us.
e) Nothing else.
(This QT convinces me that There Is A Limit to the things that God will reveal to me by the Holy Spirit)
------
‘Make A Good Choice.’
a) Romans 6:23. The wages of sin or the Gift of God.
b) Revelation 21:8. Believe with no fear.

g) John 15:11; 1 John 1:4. To choose the Words and Ways of God that we might have Joy.
h) 1 Corinthians 14:40. To do everything in Church decently and in order.
i) Matthew 15:7-14. Stay away from hypocrites.
j) Joel 2:23; Philippians 4:4; Psalm 89:15-16. To Rejoice in the Lord our God.
k) Psalm 122:1. To go to the House of the Lord.
l) Ephesians 5:19. To sing and make melody in our heart to the Lord.
m) Psalm 51:12. To pray sincerely for ourselves.
n) Jeremiah 15:16. To love the Word of God.
(The Second one encourages me to Make A Good Choice)
------
Chris.
There is no gift of “mind reading” in the Body of Christ. We live in days of strange “charismatic” manifestations with people making all kinds of claims that God is “doing something”. God works according to His Word. There is no way that is superior to the Word of God – we should always remember this and then we can remain spiritually sound.

b) Romans 6:23; Isaiah 59:1. He gives Eternal Life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
c) Acts 8:38-39. He gives the opportunity to experience the Joy of being Baptised.
(Through this Second one I celebrate my Giving God)
-----------------
Chris.
We need to be on our guard against the worries of life. There is never any positive result of worry. It only makes us sick and puts us into various kinds of suffering. This is why the Bible tells us that we can pray about the things that we would worry about.

Rejoice at harvest time. Surely the farmer has to work hard to prepare for the harvest time and yet depend on God to send the weather for the crops to grow. Spiritually also, the Church should be working hard to prepare for a harvest of people to come into God’s Kingdom – then shall the Church rejoice.

What God Has For Us!

‘What God Has For Us.’
1 Corinthians 2:9-10.
a) Eye has not seen.
b) Ear has not heard.
c) It has not entered into our heart.
d) There are things which we do not know about yet that God has prepared for those people who love Him.
e) God reveals these things to us by the Holy Spirit.
f) The Holy Spirit searches and knows the things of God.
(This QT makes me think about What God Has For Me)
---------------
‘Godliness.’

l) 1 Timothy 6:6. With contentment is great gain.
m) 2 Peter 1:6-7. Is something to build upon in our lives.
(This Second one gives me the desire to continue in Righteousness)
---------------
Chris.
We do not know the things that God has for us by simply listening with our ears. If we only try to do this we will be easily deceived. There are many false “prophets” today who are only too ready to speak their words over our lives like a fortune teller. God wants to reveal to us by His Holy Spirit the things that He has for us.

They Will Be Rewarded!

‘They Will Be Rewarded.’
a) Proverbs 13:2; 11:18; Psalm 58:11. Good people, for what they say.

l) 1 Corinthians 3:8. For serving the Lord well.
m) Galatians 6:9. For helping other people.
n) 1 Timothy 3:13. For doing well as Deacons.
(Through this QT I realise that They Will Be Rewarded)
--------------
‘When We Have Made Ourselves Clean.’
2 Timothy 2:21.
a) From all evil things.
b) We will be used by God for special purposes.
c) We will be dedicated True Believers.
d) We will be useful for our Master.
e) We will be ready to be used for every good deed.
(In this Second one I can see my potential in God, When I Have Made Myself Clean by His Grace and through His Grace)
--------------
Chris.
To obey the Lord’s Teachings is the responsibility of every True Believer and an evidence of them being a True Believer. The person who claims to be a Believer but does not obey the Lord’s Teachings is not really a Believer. “Trust and Obey, there is no other way to be happy in Jesus” is what the hymn writer wrote.

The Careful Life Of A True Believer!

‘The Careful Life Of A True Believer.’

j) Matthew 20:27-28. Our goal should be to serve in the same way that Jesus did.
(This QT reveals to me The Careful Life Of A True Believer)
-------------
‘The Holy Spirit And The Body Of Christ.’
1 Corinthians 12:6-18.
a) 1 Corinthians 12:6. There are different kinds of work to do – but it is God Who works in everything.
b) 1 Corinthians 12:7. The evidence of the Holy Spirit's Presence is given to each person for the common good of everyone.

e) 1 Corinthians 12:12-16. We are all different parts of the Body of Christ.
(This Second one gives me greater understanding about The Holy Spirit And The Body Of Christ)
-------------
Chris.
We need to stand against the wiles of the devil. Today there are some very extreme teachings about “spiritual warfare” so much so that some people seem to live in a constant fight with the devil. Of course this is heretical, God promises True Believers victory over the devil. What we are to do is to stand against the wiles of the devil.

What Believing Ministers Should Impart!

‘What Believing Ministers Should Impart.’

b) 1 Corinthians 2:7. They impart the Wisdom of God, which is:-
1- Secret.
2- Hidden.
3- Decreed before the ages for our light.
c) 1 Corinthians 2:8. None of the rulers of this age understood this Wisdom, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory.
(This QT teaches me What Believing Ministers Should Impart)
------------
‘We Have To Live In This World.’
a) John 17:15. Jesus does not ask the Father to take us out of this World system but He prays that we will be kept from the evil one.
b) 1 Corinthians 5:9-10. We live amongst worldly minded people in many situations.
c) 1 John 5:18. God looks after us and there is no need for the evil one to touch us.
d) James 4:7. If we are submitted to God we can resist the devil and he will flee from us.
(This Second one reminds me that I Have To Live In This World)
------------
Chris.
The Believing Minister today needs to be able to impart the Wisdom of God. Many people in Churches that are relevant Churches in today’s world are thinking people. These people are so hungry for the Words and Ways of God. Believing Ministers need to be equipped by God and to also equip themselves in order to serve these people.

-----------
Chris.
As True Believers we need to understand the Person of the Holy Spirit. As True Believers we need to appreciate the Presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives. As True Believers we need Faith to receive the good Gifts that the Holy Spirit so willingly gives to us, these include the Gift of Full Assurance of the Truth of the Gospel.

Simply The Purpose Of The Cross!

‘Simply The Purpose Of The Cross.’

Good Believing Lawyers are very important people to serve the Church and True Believers in these days when the Church is having a time of readjustment in society. In the past “Christian Age”, especially of the western world and culture, the Church had an important voice. This is no longer so and good Believing Lawyers are necessary to help the Churches in the many new situations they face. This is no longer the “Christian Age”.
