When The Lord Visited Jerusalem!

‘When The Lord Visited Jerusalem.’
Isaiah 29:2-6.

c)     Isaiah 29:3. God will camp in a circle around Jerusalem and besiege them.
d)      Isaiah 29:4. God will bring Jerusalem down and their speech will be like that of a whispering evil spirit.
e)     Isaiah 29:5. The strangers within Jerusalem shall be as fine dust.

g)     Isaiah 29:6. Jerusalem was going to be visited by the Lord of Hosts with:-
1-     Thunder.
2-     Earthquake.
3-     Loud noise.
4-     Storm.
5-     Tempest.
6-     Consuming fire.
(This QT reveals to me what happened When The Lord Visited Jerusalem)
----------
‘Thank You Heavenly Father.’
Colossians 1:12-13.
a)      It is good to always give thanks to the Father.
b)     He has enabled us to share in the Saints’ Inheritance in the Light.
c)     He has rescued us from the domain of darkness.
d)      He has transferred us into the Kingdom of the Son He Loves.
(This Second one makes me Proclaim: Thank You Heavenly Father)
----------
Chris.
It is good to always Give Thanks to the Father. Those of us who have difficult lives sometimes forget this fact, especially when our mind is filled with the difficulties and wondering, apart from Prayer, what we can do about them. I am challenged here to always Give Thanks to the Father.

Look, God Cares For Us!

‘Look, God Cares For Us.’
Matthew 6:26-28.
a)      Matthew 6:26. Look at the birds of the sky, they do not work but they are fed by the Heavenly Father. Are we not worth much more than they are?
b)     Matthew 6:27. Can any of us make ourselves physically grow taller by worrying?
c)     Matthew 6:28. Why do we worry about our clothes? Look at the wild flowers in the fields growing, they do not work.
(This QT brings me the Word of the Lord: Look, God Cares For Me)
---------
‘Apostle Paul’s Commission.’
Acts 26:18.
a)      To open peoples’ eyes. (Spiritually)
b)     To help people turn from darkness to light.
c)     To help people turn from the power of Satan to God.
d)      To help people have Faith in Christ so that they can receive forgiveness of sins.
e)     To help people obtain their Inheritance in Christ because they are Sanctified by Faith in Him.
(This Second one encourages me with Apostle Paul’s Commission)
---------
Chris.

Why do we worry about our possessions? If we are True Believers we not only see beauty when we see the fields in bloom but we also think of God’s Care, Provision and Help. The things that He can do but we cannot. Whether we are wealthy, pretending to be wealthy, (which is dangerous) middle of the road, or poor, God has Promised to meet our needs. True Believers never pretend – they trust God.

Sickness May Be Healed!

‘Sickness May Be Healed.’
James 5:14-16.
a)      James 5:14. If anyone is sick they should call for the Church Elders. (Not the Church Elders call for them)
b)     James 5:14. The Church Elders can Pray over the sick person after anointing them with oil. (The oil is for medical and not only spiritual value)
c)     James 5:15. The Prayer of Believing Faith will save the sick person.
d)      James 5:15. The Lord is the One Who restores the sick person to health.
e)     James 5:15. There can also be forgiveness of sins in this process.
f)      James 5:16. We are to confess our sins to one another and Pray for one another that we may be Healed. (Not will be but may be)
g)     James 5:16. The urgent request of a Righteous person is very powerful in its effect.
(This QT reveals that Sickness May Be Healed)
--------
‘An Inheritance In Him.’
Ephesians 1:11-14.
a)      Ephesians 1:11. We have received an Inheritance in Christ, predestined according to the purpose of the One Who works out everything in agreement with the decision of His Will.
b)     Ephesians 1:12. With this Inheritance we who already have put our Hope in the Messiah might bring Praise to His Glory.
c)     Ephesians 1:13. When the Ephesians heard the Message of Truth, the Gospel of their Salvation, and when they Believed in Him, they were also sealed with the Promised Holy Spirit. (The experience should be the same for every True Believer, including ourselves)
d)      Ephesians 1:14. The Holy Spirit is a Guarantee of purchase, until the day when God completes the Redemption of what He has paid for as His Own; and that will be to the Praise of His Glory.
(Through this Second one I thank God for An Inheritance In Him)
--------
Chris.

The Holy Spirit is a Guarantee of purchase. Every True Believer has the Holy Spirit! This is clearly one of the major themes of the writings of Apostle Paul and also of the Teachings of Jesus Christ referring to the New Testament Church. Having the Holy Spirit as a Guarantee and having Gifts from the Holy Spirit are two separate subjects. To be a True Believer one must have the first but not necessarily the second.

(Through this QT I know that wherever I lived I Camped happily)
-------
‘Praying For Forgiveness And Restoration.’
Psalm 51:1-6.
a)      Psalm 51:1. Praying for God’s Mercy because of His:-
1-     Faithful Love.
2-     Abundant Compassion.
3-     Constant Love.

d)      Psalm 51:4. Praying about the fact that sin is firstly committed against God.
e)     Psalm 51:5. Praying about sinfulness from birth.
f)      Psalm 51:6. God wants us to have these attributes in our lives through His Restoration of us:-
1-     Integrity.
2-     Wisdom.
3-     Sincerity.
4-     Truth.
(Through this Second one I discover how to be Praying For Forgiveness And Restoration)
-------
Chris.
Integrity is something that every True Believer should have. We should be a people of Integrity. To have Integrity means that we have the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. A person of Integrity is a person of good character.

Come Back To The Correct Way!

‘Come Back To The Correct Way.’
Isaiah 55:8-9.
a)      When Isaiah wrote this passage he was writing to a people who had gone away from God and who needed to come back to Him. It was not written to people living in the Acts 2:42 type of Christianity.
b)     God’s Thoughts were not the same as the thoughts of His erroneous People.
c)     God’s erroneous People’s ways were not the same as God’s Ways.
d)      This was the Declaration of the Lord.
e)     The Heaven is higher than the Earth.
f)      God’s Ways were and are higher than the ways of His erroneous people.
g)     God’s Thoughts were and are higher than thoughts of His erroneous people.
(This QT calls any of us who are God’s erroneous people to Come Back To The Correct Way)
------
‘It Came Again.’
Jonah 3:1.
a)      The Word of the Lord.
b)     Came to Jonah.
c)     A second time.
(Through this Second one I see that It Came Again)
------
Chris.

When the Lord declares something it is His Declaration and nothing can change that. This should give us great confidence in the Words that He has spoken over our lives. God’s Ways, the Bible tells us, are far higher and greater than our ways. If God speaks to us or does something for or in us we need to Trust Him and follow His Way.

' Apostle Paul's Pure Ministry.'

‘Apostle Paul’s Pure Ministry.’ a) Colossians 1:28-29. His vision was simple: - 1-    2 Corinthians 8:9. Proclaim Christ. (Especially the...
