Romans 12:3.
a) For by the Grace given to me
b) I tell everyone among you
c) Not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think,
d) But to think soberly,
e) Each according to the measure of Faith
f) That God has apportioned.

Praying soberly and correctly should be the first priority and foundation for our prayers. Some people go off on a charismatic tangent and become cult-like and "spooky" in their prayers. We should not do this. Our prayers should come from, and bring us back to, the Heart of Father God. Being filled with the Holy Spirit should bring us humbly to our Father God.
