'God's Judgment On His Greedy People.'
Isaiah 5:7-10.
a)  Isaiah 5:7. God delighted in His People, He wanted to see their Justice and Righteousness. 
b)  Isaiah 5:7. But He saw the oppression and He heard the cries of distress. 
c)  Isaiah 5:8. They acquired many houses and fields but there was nothing left, all were gone. 
d)  Isaiah 5:8. They had to live by themselves in the land. 
e)  Isaiah 5:9. The Lord said that many large and beautiful houses would become:
1-Empty. 
2-Desolate. 
3-Without inhabitant.
f)  Isaiah 5:10. The produce of the vineyards and fields would be little. 
(This QT teaches me about God's Judgment On His Greedy People)
PRAYER: That God's People and their Churches will be free from greed.

'A Purchased People.'
1 Corinthians 6:20.
a)  You were bought for a price:
b)  So bring Glory to God
c)  In the way you use your body. 
(This Second one reminds me that I am a part of A Purchased People)
PRAYER: That with my body I will bring Glory to God.

Today, many Believers have lost the Biblical standard and God-given desire for simplicity of life. When that desire is lost, greed creeps in. When this happens, God will surely do all that He can to bring His People back to simplicity again. The Simple Life does not mean that we have to live a life of poverty, it really means that we can enjoy our God-given Life to the full. When we are taught that the Simple Life is a life of poverty, it usually means that we end up being dominated by someone, that is never the Will of God.
