Be Aware Of The Net!


'Be Aware Of The Net.'
a)  Lamentations 1:13. God spreads nets for people's feet. 
b)  Ezekiel 12:13; 17:20; Hosea 7:12. God spreads His net over people.
c)  Ezekiel 19:8. People may spread their nets over people. 
d)  Ezekiel 32:3. God has a dragnet. 
e)  Hosea 5:1. The people of Israel became a net upon others.
f)  Micah 7:2. People hunt each other with nets. 
g)  Matthew 4:18; Mark 1:16. Simon Peter and Andrew knew how to use nets.
h)  Matthew 13:47. The Kingdom of Heaven is like a net. 
i)  John 21:6-11. Jesus fully understood the use of nets. 
j)  Matthew 4:20-21. Can be left behind when it is fully the time to follow Jesus.

'The Lord On High Is Mighty.'
Psalm 93:4. 
a)  He is mightier than the thunders of many waters. 
b)  He is mightier than the waves of the sea.
c)  He is mightier than the sound of raging water.
d)  Psalm 65:7. He stills the roaring of the seas. 
e)  Psalm 92:8. He is on High forever.

Simon Peter and Andrew knew how to use nets. In my own understanding, it is remarkable that, in Bible Times, Jesus called ordinary people to follow Him and He trained these ordinary people to be His Disciples. He was not only looking for "super-talented" super stars to be His Disciples. He called a great variety of people and changed their lives, making them Disciples of His. Jesus Christ is the same today.
