Woe!
'Woe.'
a) Revelation 9:12. There will always be times of woe for all of us.
b) Revelation 12:12. To the Earth and sea when the Devil comes.
c) Revelation 18:16. To the great city of Babylon.
d) Job 10:15; Isaiah 6:5. If we are guilty, woe to us.
e) Psalm 78:49. God sometimes sends Angels of woe.
f) Isaiah 1:4. Woe to the sinful Nation.
g) Isaiah 5:8. Woe to the people who are greedy about houses and land.
h) Isaiah 5:11 & 22. Woe to those people who seek strong alcoholic drinks all day.
i) Isaiah 5:21. Woe to those people who are wise in their own eyes and clever in their own sight.
j) Isaiah 10:1. Woe to the people who make unjust laws.
k) Isaiah 33:1. Woe to the destroyer and the betrayer.
l) Isaiah 45:9. Woe to those people who quarrel with God.

Woe to the woman who makes magic charms. This is not some ancient proclamation that has no meaning today. It still happens, especially amongst women who have some kind of dark spiritual bent. One of the words used for it is 'witchcraft' that is really not too strong, it is true in some cases. The problems come when these kind of activities are brought into the Church. They can create havoc.
