Objects To Worship!

'Objects To Worship.'
Isaiah 44:9.
a)  Some people make objects to worship.
b)  They love to make these objects but they are useless and worth nothing.
c)  God is the First and the Last, there are no other.
(This QT teaches and reminds me about Objects To Worship)
--------
'No Need To Fear.'
Psalm 27:1.
a)  The Lord is my Light.
b)  The Lord is the One Who saves me.
c)  Why should I be afraid of anyone?
d)  The Lord is the Strength of my life.
e)  Of whom shall I be afraid?
(This Second one calms me: No Need To Fear)
--------
Chris.
No need to fear! This powerful little phrase is often heard in these days of conflict in home and Nations. It is often heard in doctors' surgeries where patients are told not to be afraid of their sicknesses. It is also spoken to some people who are doing something for the first time. Yes, there is no need to fear.

With All Of Us!

'With All Of Us.'
Romans 15:33.
a)  Now.
b)  The God of Peace.
c)  The God Who gives us Peace.
d)  Be with us all.
(Through this QT I rejoice in the fact that The God of Peace is With All Of Us)
-------
'The Servant Of The Lord.'
2 Timothy 2:24.
a)  Must not make trouble.
b)  Must not wrangle.
c)  Must be kind to all people.
d)  Must be mild towards all people.
e)  Must be willing to suffer when hurt for doing good.
f)  Must be apt to Teach.
g)  Must be patient. (Not only in Church but also at home)
(This Second one Teaches me about the proper conduct of The Servant Of The Lord)
-------
Chris.
This is really Good News for every True Believer. We can have confidence that the God of Peace is with us. This means that the Peace of God can rule in our hearts. It also means that there should be Peace in the fellowship of the Church. Finally, it means that we can Bless one another with Greetings of Peace)

We Believe The Love That God Has For Us!

'We Believe The Love God Has For Us.'
1 John 4:16.
a)  We have come to know.
b)  We have come to believe the Love that God has for us.
c)  God is Love.
d)  If we live in Love we live by the help of God.
e)  God lives in us.
(Through this QT I Believe The Love God Has For Me)
-----------
'Paul's Ministry.'
Romans 1:1.
a)  Paul was a Bondman Servant of Jesus Christ.
b)  Paul was an Apostle.
c)  Paul was a Missionary chosen by God to Preach the Good News.
d)  Paul was separated to God's Glad Tidings.
(This Second one teaches me more about Paul's Ministry)
-----------
Chris.
God lives in True Believers. His original plan for us was to be so. Sin caused us to be far from God in many different ways, but through the Cross and the Blood that Jesus shed there, we have been redeemed. Now God is restoring us as homes in which His Holy Spirit dwells. Yes, God lives in True Believers.

There Is No Other Rock!

'There Is No Other Rock.'
Isaiah 44:8.
a)  God says that we are not to tremble and fear.
b)  God has made this known from long ago.
c)  We have heard Him.
d)  There is no other God beside Him.
e)  We know of no other Rock like our God.
(This QT clearly reminds me that There Is No Other Rock)
-----------
'The Servant Who Cares.'
Luke 22:27.
a)  Jesus asked the question: who was the greater?
b)  Was it the one who was being served?
c)  Or was it the one who serves?
d)  Surely, in people's eyes the one being served is greater.
e)  But Jesus came as One Who served and cared for people.
(This Second one shows me Jesus as The Servant Who Cares)
-----------
Chris.
We know of no other Rock like our God. One famous hymnist called Him the Rock of Ages. There is no more secure place to stand than on rock. To penetrate rock without dynamite is virtually impossible. A house built on rock is very dependable. A house built of rock is usually very comfortable. Rock has many virtues but there is no Rock like our God.

To God Our Saviour!

'To God Our Saviour.'
Jude 1:24-25.
a)  There is One Who can keep us from falling.
b)  He can bring us before Himself free from all sin.
c)  He can give us great joy as we stand before Him in His Shining Greatness.
d)  He is the only God our Saviour.
e)  He saves us from the punishment for sin through Jesus Christ our Lord.
f)  To Jesus Christ belong forever:-
1-Glory.
2-Majesty.
3-Power.
4-Authority.
(This QT is dedicated To God My Saviour)
----------
'God Sent His Word.'
Acts 10:36.
a)  God has sent His Word of Peace to the Jews.
b)  God told them through the Proclamation of the Truth.
c)  God told them that Jesus Christ is Lord.
(This Second one Teaches me that God Sent His Word)
----------
Chris.
God Saves us from the punishment for sin through Jesus Christ our Lord. This is God's unique remedy for sin and its associated guilt. This is very noteworthy, that the only remedy mentioned for sin in the New Testament is the punishment and Sacrifice of Jesus Christ and that the way it is applied to us is by our receiving Him as our personal Lord and Saviour.

At Home In God!

'At Home In God.'
1 John 4:15.
a)  The person who owns Jesus the Son of God as their Lord will:-
1-Tell of Him in front of men.
2-Confess Him in front of men.
3-Acknowledge Him in front of men.
4-Own His Lordship in front of men.
b) God, in this person:-
1-Abides.
2-Lives.
3-Makes His home.
c) This person, in God:-
1-Abides.
2-Lives.
3-Makes their home.
4-Is helped.
(This QT makes me Give Thanks that I am At Home In God)
----------
'God Exalted Christ.'
Acts 5:31.
a)  To His own Right Hand.
b)  As:-
1-Prince.
2-Leader.
3-Saviour.
4-Deliverer.
5-Preserver.
c)  He did this so He might:-
1-Grant Repentance.
2-Bestow Forgiveness.
3-Release from sins.
(Through this Second one I am so glad that God Exalted Christ)
----------
Chris.
God lives in us. Because we are True Believers and know Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour we have this Biblical Assurance that God lives in us. God lives in us by His Holy Spirit. There is no other way that He can live in us. Because God lives in us our lives should Glorify Him.

Who Is Like God?

'Who Is Like God?'
Isaiah 44:7.
a)  God asks who is like Him.
b)  If anyone is like God, let it be made known.
c)  This person should tell God what happened since He made people long ago.
d)  Let this person tell what will happen in the future.
(This QT calls for a question: Who Is Like God)
---------
'Three Ministers Of Truth.'
2 Corinthians 1:19.
a)  These three ministers were:-
1-Timothy.
2-Silvanus.
3-Paul.
b)  They Preached about Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
c)  In Jesus Christ there is no yes and no.
d)  In Jesus Christ there is yes.
(Through this QT I find Three Ministers Of Truth)
---------
Chris.
There are some people today in the Churches that are too eager to tell us what is, in their opinion, going to happen in the future. There are two things that the Bible tells us to do about this. Firstly, if there is no fruit, ignore the person. Secondly, the Gift of Prophecy is for Edification, Exhortation and Comfort. So "prophecy" that is not according to this guideline need not be heeded.

To The King!

'To The King.'

a)  We give Honour to Him.
b)  We give Thanks to Him.
c)  He lives forever.

f)  He is the only wise God.
(This QT cause me to give Worship To The King)
-------
'Christ's Entry Into Jerusalem.'
Luke 19:42.
a)  This was meant to be a wonderful and triumphant day for the people.
b)  The people did not know and did not realise the things that made for Peace.
c)  Those things were hidden from their eyes. (That Prophecy would be Fulfilled)
(Through this Second one I discover His Heart at the time of Christ's Entry Into Jerusalem)
-------
Chris.
The King of kings is Eternal. Jesus Christ our Lord is also King of kings. His Power and Authority are awesome, as is His gentleness. He never acted like a King during His Earthly Ministry, He came to seek, save and serve. I thank God for the example set to us by the King of kings.

The Reality Of Salvation!

'The Reality Of Salvation.'
1 John 4:14.
a)  We have seen.
b)  We Testify.
c)  That the Father has sent the Son.
d)  As Saviour of the World.
(This QT makes clear The Reality Of Salvation)
------
'The Ministry Of The Gospel.'
Acts 26:18.
a)  To open their eyes.
b)  To turn them from darkness to Light.
c)  To turn them from the power of Satan to God.
d)  So they may receive the Forgiveness of sins.
e)  So they may receive an Inheritance among those people who are Sanctified by Faith in Christ.
(Through this Second one I understand more about The Ministry Of The Gospel)
------
Chris.
The Reality of Salvation needs to be made clear. Firstly, it needs to be made clear to the new Believer or the person who is in the process of coming to Christ. They need to fully understand. Secondly, the True Believer sometimes lacks Teaching in these things and they need to be taught.

A Unique Redeemer!

'A Unique Redeemer.'
Isaiah 44:6.
a)  He is the Lord, the King of Israel.
b)  He is the Redeemer, the Lord of hosts.
c)  He is the First.
d)  He is the Last.
e)  Besides Him there is no God.
(Through this QT I understand that I have A Unique Redeemer)
------------------------
'Be Free From Boasting.'
Revelation 3:17.
a)  The Laodicean Church were boasting about three things:-
1-Being rich.
2-Their wealth.
3-Their need of nothing.
b)  God said that there was something that they needed to know.
c)  They were:-
1-Wretched.
2-Miserable.
3-Poor.
4-Blind.
5-Naked.
(This Second one reminds me to Be Free From Boasting)
------------------------
Chris.
Besides the Lord there is no God. In my limited experience of travelling to other parts of the World, away from my homeland I find that there are so many True Believers. Different nationalities and different Churches have different modes of Worship. The 'bottom line' is that Besides the Lord there is no God.

To Him Be Glory In The Church!

'To Him Be Glory In The Church.'
Ephesians 3:20-21.
a)  This is one of the most vital Proclamations that we can make over the Church today.
b)  God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.
c)  This is according to, and through the Power that works in us.
d)  To Him Be Glory in the Church.
e)  By Christ Jesus.
f)  To all generations.
g)  For ever and ever. Amen.
(This QT makes me to Proclaim: To Him Be Glory In The Church)
-----------------------
'The Spirit Of Truth.'
John 14:17.
a)  The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth Whom the World system's people cannot receive.
b)  The World system neither sees Him or knows Him.
c)  True Believers know Him because He lives with and within us.
(This Second one shows me something of The Spirit Of Truth)
-----------------------
Chris.
The Holy Spirit is the Power that works in us. As non-believers we functioned in our own fleshly power, or maybe even in the power of evil spirits. Now that we are in Jesus Christ the Bible says that we are New Creations and all the old things pass away. We are called to be filled with the Holy Spirit so let us do so.

A Lovely Life In God!

'A Lovely Life In God.'
1 John 4:12-13.
a)  No one has seen God at any time.
b)  If we Love one another God abides in us.

d)  God has given us of His Spirit.
e)  So that we know that we abide in God and He in us.
(This QT reveals A Lovely Life In God)
----------------------
'Tell The Truth.'
a)  John 8:45. Jesus did.
b)  John 8:46. Believe Jesus, He tells it.
c)  Romans 9:1. Apostle Paul did, in Christ.
d)  Proverbs 29:24. It is not just something we promise to do, it is something that we actually should do.
(This Second one reminds me to Tell The Truth)
----------------------
Chris.
One of the main ministries of the Holy Spirit to us is to give us spiritual confidence. When we are assured of the Presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives we know that we abide in God and He abides in us.

A Promise For Descendants!

'A Promise For Descendants.'
Isaiah 44:4-5.
a)  They will spring up among the grass. (Freshness)
b)  They will be like willow trees by the water courses.
c)  One will say that they are the Lord's
d)  Another will call themselves by the name of Jacob.
e)  Another will write with their own hand that they are the Lord's.
f)  Another will name themselves by the surname: "Israel".
(This QT teaches me A Promise For Descendants)
---------------------
'The Clear Way To Father God.'
John 14:6.
a)  These are the Words of Jesus Himself.
b)  He said that He is:-
1-The Way.
2-The Truth.
3-The Life.
c)  No one can come to Father God except through Jesus Christ.
(This Second one leads me down The Clear Way To Father God)
---------------------
Chris.
It is so wonderful to meet genuinely True Believer families. There are many families that call themselves "Christians" but actually and Biblically they are not Christian at all. When the family is a True Believer family they surely will show the fruit of being so.

A Biblical Benediction!

'A Biblical Benediction.'
Romans 16:25-27.
a)  Romans 16:25. Now to God Who is able to establish you.
b)  Romans 16:25. According to the Gospel.
c)  Romans 16:25. And according to the Preaching of Jesus Christ.
d)  Romans 16:25. According to the Mystery kept secret since the World began.
e)  Romans 16:26. But is now made manifest.
f)  Romans 16:26. By the Prophetic Scriptures made known to all the Nations.
g)  Romans 16:26. According to the Commandment of the Everlasting God.
h)  Romans 16:26. To bring about the Obedience of Faith.
i)  Romans 16:27. To the only wise God.
j)  Romans 16:27. Be Glory through Jesus Christ forever.
(Through this QT I find A Biblical Benediction)
--------------------
'Exhortation Must Have A Pure Motive.'
1 Thessalonians 2:3.
a)  Exhortations and appeals to God's People from God's Servants must be Pure.
b)  They must not be given in:-
1-Error.
2-Uncleanness.
3-Deceit.
4-Impurity of motive.
c)  Trickery needs to be far away from our pulpits.
--------------------
Chris.
God is the Everlasting God. This means that the things He Commands are Everlasting too. When we read through the Gospels and study the Teachings of our Lord Jesus we can see that they are, if applied correctly, life changing. We need to read well the Word of God. It is His Eternal Word.

Love Love And Love!

'Love Love And Love.'
1 John 4:11.
a)  Beloved ones.
b)  If God so Loved us.

-------------------
'Pure Innocence.'
1 Peter 2:22.
a)  Here is a word picture of the Pure Innocence of Jesus Christ.
b)  He committed no sin.
c)  No deceit was found in His Mouth.
(This Second one reveals to me the Pure Innocence of Jesus Christ)
-------------------
Chris.
The Pure Innocence of Jesus Christ is so awesome and powerful. He is the only One Who set foot on this Earth Whose life was completely Pure. The accusations, trial and crucifixion of Jesus Christ were totally unjust. God so loved us that He sent His Son to this Earth to Live, Die and Live again for us. We find many great examples of how life should be when we read the Life of Jesus Christ.

The Lord Speaks Encouragement To His People!

'The Lord Speaks Encouragement To His People.'
Isaiah 44:1-3.
a)  Isaiah 44:1. The Lord's People needed to listen to what He said.
b)  Isaiah 44:2. The Lord:-
1-Is their Creator Who formed them from the womb.
2-Is their Helper.
3-Tells them not to fear.
4-Tells them that they are His Chosen Servants.
c)  Isaiah 44:3. The Lord will:-
1-Pour water on him who is thirsty.
2-Pour floods upon the dry ground.
3-Pour His Spirit and His Blessing on our following generations.
(Through this QT The Lord Speaks Encouragement To Me)
-----------------
'God's Standard Is Pure.'
Psalm 119:118.
a)  The Lord rejects all those people who stray from His Statutes.
b)  Their deceit is falsehood.
c)  Their cunning is vain. This verse especially concerns deceitful and cunning people.
(This Second one reminds me that God's Standard Is Pure)
-----------------
Chris.
The Lord tells His People not to fear. There are so many times in both the Old and New Testaments when He tells us this. There is no need to fear because He is our Helper, ready to help us. We are His Chosen Servants and He, our Master, looks after us well.

We Should Speak Blessing To God's People!

'We Should Speak Blessing To God's People.'
Numbers 6:22-26.
a)  Numbers 6:22. This was and is the Word of the Lord.

d)  Numbers 6:25. The Lord make His Face shine on you and be Gracious to you.

(This QT reminds me that I Should Speak Blessing To God's People)
----------------
'We Should Not Be Ashamed Of The Gospel.'
Romans 1:16.
a)  We should not be ashamed of the Gospel of Christ.
b)  It is the Power of God to Salvation.
c)  To everyone who Believes.
d)  To the Jew and the Gentile.
(Through this Second one I know that I Should Not Be Ashamed Of The Gospel)
----------------
Chris.
I know that the Lord has been so Gracious to me, and I am sure that every True Believer can say the same thing. We should always be grateful to God for His Grace. What I long to experience is the reality of those Words of Blessing that the Lord make His Face Shine on me.

This Is Real Love!

'This Is Real Love.'
1 John 4:10.
a)  This is Real Love.
b)  Not that we Loved God.
c)  But that He Loved us.
d)  God sent His Son.
e)  As a Sacrifice.
f)  To take away our sins.
(Through this QT I know that This Is Real Love)
---------------
'God's Choices.'
1 Corinthians 1:27.
a)  God has chosen the things that the World considers foolish.
b)  This is in order to shame those who think that they are wise.
c)  God has chosen the things that are weak and powerless.
d)  To put to shame those who think that they are mighty and powerful.
(Through this Second one I discover some of God's Choices)
---------------
Chris.
God sent His Son as a Sacrifice. The way that God's Son Jesus Christ our Lord became our Saviour was because He was the Sacrifice for our sins. Someone once said that 'Salvation is free but it is not cheap!'. If we are going to be acceptable and anointed witnesses for Christ we need to understand this.

Repercussions Because Of Sin!

'Repercussions Because Of Sin.'
Isaiah 43:27-28.
a)  The fathers sinned.
b)  Those who spoke up for these people.
c)  Sinned against the Lord.
d)  The Lord then will make unclean the Leaders of the Holy Place.
e)  The Lord will give Jacob over to be destroyed.
f)  The Lord will give Israel sharp words of shame.
(This QT teaches me of Repercussions Because Of Sin)
--------------
'The Author And Finisher Of Our Faith.'

a)  Let us keep looking unto Jesus.
b)  He is the Author and Finisher of our Faith.
c)  He knew of the Joy that would be His later.
d)  He endured the Cross and despised it's shame.
e)  He is now sat down at the right hand of the Throne of God.
(This Second one reveals to me The Author And Finisher Of My Faith)
--------------
Chris.
The Lord is perfectly able to give both people and places over to be destroyed. It because of the Love and Mercy of God that I live today. When we read these things we need to have a healthy Fear of the Lord and a real Faith in Him. Truly we need to keep on looking to Jesus.

f)  Romans 16:5. Greet Epaenetus, he was the first convert to Christ in Asia.
(Through this QT I would have really liked to visit Aquila And Priscilla's Church)
-------------
'Tired Out But Not Giving Up.'
Isaiah 57:10.
a)  You have been wearied by going about here and there.
b)  But you never said that it was hopeless, or that there was no Hope.
c)  You found renewal of your strength.
d)  So you did not faint.
(Through this Second one I find hope for wearied people: Tired Out But Not Giving Up)
-------------
Chris.
All the Churches of the Gentiles were thankful for Aquila and Priscilla. They were thankful because of their sacrificial lives in that they were willing to give themselves to help Apostle Paul. They also humbly hosted the Church that met in their own house. May God raise up people here in Scotland with the same heart as Aquila and Priscilla, they will bring in the Blessing of God to where they live.

'Burden.'

‘Burden.’ a)       Zechariah 12:1; 9:1; Ezekiel 12:10. Of the Word of the Lord in the mouth of His genuine Servant. b)      Genesis 49:1...
