Too Many People!

'Too Many People.'
Judges 7:1-2.
a)  jerubbaal (Gideon) and all the people that were with him rose early
b)  And encamped beside the spring of Harod.
c)  The camp of Midian was North of them,
d)  By the Hill of Moreh,
e)  In the valley.
f)  The Lord said to Gideon:
g)  "The people with you are too many for Me
h)  "To give the Midianites into their hand,
i)  "Lest Israel boast over Me saying:
j)  " 'My own hand has saved me.' "
(This QT reminds me that God does not always want Too Many People)
PRAY: That we will trust in the Lord rather than in large numbers of people.

'Be Free From Timidity.'
2 Timothy 1:7.
a)  For the Spirit God gave us
b)  Does not make us timid,
c)  But gives us power,
d)  Love
e)  And Self-Discipline.
(Through this Second one I know that we can Be Free From Timidity)
PRAY: To be filled with the Spirit that God gives to us.

We are reminded to put and to keep our trust in the Lord, He is the All-Powerful God!
