Our heart and mind, if we are functioning in a normal and healthy way, are interconnected. This is how God created mankind to be. This is good! If we do not or cannot function in a normal and healthy way, then we become dysfunctional and all sorts of problems may manifest themselves in our lives. We should not only look after our body, but we should look after our heart and mind too. The picture above is of a Church building. If possible, attending Church fellowship in all of its expressions, is helpful for us, especially it should be helpful for our heart and mind.
