The necessary concept in practical, spiritual and emotional ways for a Blessed and happy marriage is for the bridegroom/husband to increasingly see his wife as a treasure. If this element is missing in their marriage, there will be a loveless marriage or, possibly, a divorce. Love is an emotion that can be unstable, but treasuring our partner, whatever the prevailing circumstances and living circumstances may be, brings commitment and stability.
