Ezekiel 45:24.
a) This was provision given by the prince for the offerings of God's People.
b) There was oil.
c) There was grain.
d) God has provided for us so that we can live as we should before Him.
e) Oil - the Holy Spirit.
f) Grain - the Word of God.

j) All things are Created through Him and for Him.

Oil is seen as an important "type" of the Holy Spirit in the Old Testament. This type not only carries through into the New Testament but is sometimes also used in the modern day Church as a type of the Holy Spirit for anointing. It seems that, in Bible days, oil was not only a type but it was also an effective soothing medicine for healing.
